Thank you for your interest in g-Wireless, Inc. broadband Internet service.  The first step in determining your eligibility for our service is a site signal survey performed on your property by a g-Wireless technician.  After this survey has been completed, you will be contacted with the results.  It may take up to three weeks from your initial contact with our office to the completion of your site survey. 

Typically a location with a low signal will not be eligible for our service, as we recommend installation only in areas with medium to high signal strength from our nearest tower.

Answers to our most commonly asked questions before having g-Wireless service installed are:


  • Standard residential service ranges from $45-$65 per month, depending on the contract terms and the type of connection.  The actual monthly price for an individual's service may not be quoted until the site signal survey has been completed.
  • For residential service, a one-time installation fee of $100.00 must be paid at the time of installation with the first month's fee.  Some installations may result in additional charges.
  • Our site signal surveys are non-invasive and no one needs to be present when our technicians perform the survey at your location.
  • No phone lines are required for g-Wireless service.
  • There is no charge for our site signal survey.
  • All service and labor is subject to Ohio sales tax unless a Certificate of Tax Exemption is provided for our records.
  • Accounts pre-paid annually, bi-annually, or quarterly are Net 30 and will receive a 5% discount.
  • Accounts paid monthly are Net 15.
  • Billing is generated on the 1st and the 15th of the month, and accounts are invoiced on the date closest to the day of the month their service was installed.
  • Any account that is more than 30 days past due will assess a 1.5% finance charge.
  • Any account that is more than 60 days past due will be disconnected for non-payment.  At that time, the account must be paid in full, including any finance charges assessed.  For a disconnected account to be reconnected, the account must be paid in full, plus a $45.00 reconnect fee.
  • g-Wireless service includes (1) free email account which will be activated within 24 hours of installation.  Additional email accounts are $2.50 per month each.
  • Multiple computers can be connected to our network if they are connected through a router, which must be supplied by the customer.
  • Additional charges will apply if g-Wireless technicians install your network.
